By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your profile current, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or are used fraudulently.
ContractHub offers a Free plan with limited features, including a capped number of workspace contracts and restricted access to premium modules. Free plan entitlements are determined by our servers and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice where required.
The Free plan does not require payment. Free users remain subject to these Terms and applicable usage limits.
The Professional plan provides expanded capabilities, including unlimited workspace contracts (subject to fair use), customer management, and additional premium features as described in the app and on our website.
Professional access requires an active, valid subscription purchased through the Apple App Store unless otherwise authorized by ContractHub (e.g., promotional or administrative grants).
Premium features require an active subscription. Feature availability is controlled server-side and may vary by plan, platform version, and region. ContractHub may update subscription offerings, feature sets, and plan structures over time.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to subscription features. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
All subscription payments for the iOS application are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account. ContractHub does not collect or store payment card information. Pricing, taxes, and receipts are managed by Apple according to Apple's terms and policies.
Professional subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through your Apple account settings. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription rate.
ContractHub does not control Apple's renewal timing or pricing. Refer to Apple's subscription terms for full details.
You can view, change, or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings on your device. ContractHub cannot modify Apple billing on your behalf. Changes made through Apple may take time to reflect in the app while subscription status is synchronized.
To cancel your Professional subscription, use the subscription management section in your Apple account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but generally allows access until the end of the current paid period, subject to Apple's policies.
Deleting the ContractHub app does not cancel your subscription.
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you may use the in-app "Restore Purchases" feature to revalidate prior App Store transactions with our servers. Restore requires a signed-in ContractHub account and valid Apple purchase records.
Users may restore purchases using Apple's restore mechanism as implemented within the app.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by ContractHub or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant ContractHub a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.
We strive to maintain reliable Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for losses resulting from Service unavailability except where prohibited by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ContractHub and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to ContractHub for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or restrict access to your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security risks, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused subscription features. We will provide notice where practicable and an opportunity to appeal via support channels, except where immediate action is required for security or legal compliance.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion through the app or by contacting support. We may terminate or discontinue the Service or your access with notice where required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

تقدم ContractHub خطة مجانية بميزات محدودة، بما في ذلك حد أقصى لعدد عقود مساحة العمل ووصول مقيد إلى الوحدات المميزة. تُحدَّد استحقاقات الخطة المجانية بواسطة خوادمنا وقد تُحدَّث من وقت لآخر مع إشعار معقول عند الاقتضاء.
لا تتطلب الخطة المجانية دفعًا. يظل مستخدمو الخطة المجانية خاضعين لهذه الشروط وحدود الاستخدام المعمول بها.
توفر الخطة الاحترافية (Professional) قدرات موسّعة، بما في ذلك عقود مساحة عمل غير محدودة (مع مراعاة الاستخدام العادل) وإدارة العملاء وميزات مميزة إضافية كما هو موضح في التطبيق وعلى موقعنا.
يتطلب الوصول الاحترافي اشتراكًا نشطًا وصالحًا تم شراؤه عبر Apple App Store ما لم يُصرَّح بخلاف ذلك من ContractHub (مثل المنح الترويجية أو الإدارية).
تتطلب الميزات المميزة اشتراكًا نشطًا. يُتحكَّم في توفر الميزات من الخادم وقد يختلف حسب الخطة وإصدار المنصة والمنطقة. قد تحدّث ContractHub عروض الاشتراك ومجموعات الميزات وهياكل الخطط بمرور الوقت.
سنبذل جهودًا معقولة لإبلاغك بالتغييرات الجوهرية على ميزات الاشتراك. يُعد الاستمرار في الاستخدام بعد التغييرات قبولًا حيث يسمح القانون بذلك.
تُعالَج جميع مدفوعات الاشتراك لتطبيق iOS بواسطة Apple من خلال حساب Apple ID الخاص بك. لا تجمع ContractHub ولا تخزّن معلومات بطاقات الدفع. تُدار الأسعار والضرائب والإيصالات بواسطة Apple وفقًا لشروط وسياسات Apple.
تتجدد اشتراكات Professional تلقائيًا ما لم يتم الإلغاء قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية فترة الفوترة الحالية من خلال إعدادات حساب Apple الخاص بك. سيتم خصم حساب Apple ID الخاص بك لتجديد الاشتراك خلال 24 ساعة قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية بالسعر الساري آنذاك.
لا تتحكم ContractHub في توقيت أو تسعير تجديد Apple. راجع شروط اشتراك Apple للتفاصيل الكاملة.
يمكنك عرض اشتراكك أو تغييره أو إلغاؤه من خلال إعدادات حساب Apple ID على جهازك. لا تستطيع ContractHub تعديل فوترة Apple نيابةً عنك. قد يستغرق ظهور التغييرات التي تُجرى عبر Apple في التطبيق بعض الوقت أثناء مزامنة حالة الاشتراك.
لإلغاء اشتراك Professional، استخدم قسم إدارة الاشتراكات في إعدادات حساب Apple الخاص بك. يوقف الإلغاء الفوترة المستقبلية لكنه يتيح عادةً الوصول حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة الحالية، وفقًا لسياسات Apple.
حذف تطبيق ContractHub لا يلغي اشتراكك.
إذا أعدت تثبيت التطبيق أو غيّرت الأجهزة، يمكنك استخدام ميزة "استعادة المشتريات" داخل التطبيق لإعادة التحقق من معاملات App Store السابقة مع خوادمنا. تتطلب الاستعادة حساب ContractHub مسجّل دخوله وسجلات شراء Apple صالحة.
يمكن للمستخدمين استعادة المشتريات باستخدام آلية الاستعادة الخاصة بـ Apple كما هي مُنفَّذة داخل التطبيق.
توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام الخدمة. يشمل السلوك المحظور، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
الخدمة، بما في ذلك البرمجيات والتصميم والعلامات التجارية والوثائق، مملوكة لـ ContractHub أو مرخّصيها ومحمية بقوانين الملكية الفكرية. تحصل على ترخيص محدود وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام الخدمة وفقًا لهذه الشروط.
تحتفظ بملكية البيانات التي ترفعها. تمنح ContractHub ترخيصًا محدودًا لاستضافة ومعالجة وعرض بياناتك فقط لتقديم الخدمة.
نسعى للحفاظ على توفر موثوق للخدمة لكننا لا نضمن تشغيلًا دون انقطاع أو خالٍ من الأخطاء. قد تسبب الصيانة أو التحديثات أو انقطاعات الأطراف الثالثة أو أحداث خارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة اضطرابات مؤقتة. لسنا مسؤولين عن الخسائر الناتجة عن عدم توفر الخدمة إلا حيث يحظر القانون ذلك.
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لن تكون ContractHub والجهات التابعة لها مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية، أو أي فقدان للأرباح أو البيانات أو الفرص التجارية الناشئة عن استخدامك للخدمة.
لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة متعلقة بالخدمة أكبر من (أ) المبالغ التي دفعتها لـ ContractHub مقابل الخدمة خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة، أو (ب) مائة دولار أمريكي (100 USD)، إلا حيث لا يمكن تقييد المسؤولية بموجب القانون.
قد نعلّق أو نقيّد الوصول إلى حسابك إذا اعتقدنا بشكل معقول أنك انتهكت هذه الشروط أو خلقت مخاطر أمنية أو انخرطت في نشاط احتيالي أو أسأت استخدام ميزات الاشتراك. سنقدم إشعارًا عندما يكون ذلك عمليًا وفرصة للاستئناف عبر قنوات الدعم، إلا عندما يتطلب الأمر إجراءً فوريًا للأمن أو الامتثال القانوني.
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة في أي وقت وطلب حذف الحساب عبر التطبيق أو بالتواصل مع الدعم. قد ننهي أو نوقف الخدمة أو وصولك مع إشعار عندما يقتضي القانون ذلك.
عند الإنهاء، يتوقف حقك في استخدام الخدمة. تبقى الأحكام التي يقتضي طبيعتها البقاء سارية (بما في ذلك الملكية الفكرية وتحديد المسؤولية والقانون الحاكم).
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية، دون مراعاة مبادئ تنازع القوانين. تخضع أي نزاعات ناشئة عن هذه الشروط أو الخدمة للاختصاص الحصري للمحاكم المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية، ما لم تتطلب قوانين حماية المستهلك الإلزامية في ولايتك القضائية خلاف ذلك.
