We collect information necessary to operate the Service, authenticate users, manage contracts and subscriptions, and deliver notifications. The categories of information we collect depend on how you use ContractHub and may include the types described in the sections below.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number (if provided), profile details, workspace display name, role, and account preferences. This information is used to identify you, provide access to the Service, and support your workspace.
You may update certain profile information through the app or by contacting support. Account deletion requests can be submitted through the mobile application or by emailing support@thecontracthub.com, in accordance with applicable platform guidelines.
If you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple provides us with authentication information such as a unique Apple identifier and, depending on your choices, your name and email address (which may be a private relay address). We use this information solely to create and authenticate your ContractHub account.
We do not receive your Apple ID password. Apple's handling of your data is governed by Apple's privacy policy and Sign in with Apple terms.
We process credentials and security data required to keep your account secure, including password hashes (for email/password sign-in), session tokens, refresh tokens, device identifiers associated with active sessions, and security stamps used to invalidate compromised sessions.
Authentication data is stored using industry-standard security practices and is used only for login, session management, fraud prevention, and account protection.
If you use ContractHub's customer management features, we store business customer records you create within your workspace, such as customer names, contact details, notes, and related metadata. This data belongs to you and is processed on your behalf to provide the Service.
We access customer data only as necessary to operate, secure, and support the Service, or when required by law.
ContractHub stores contract records, payment schedules, counterparties, attachments, amendments, statuses, renewal dates, reminders, and related business information that you upload or create in your workspace. This is core operational data required to deliver contract management functionality.
You retain ownership of your contract data. We do not use your contract content for marketing or unrelated purposes.
We collect limited usage information such as feature interactions, API requests, session timestamps, device type, operating system version, app version, and general activity logs needed to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
Usage data helps us understand performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance user experience. It is not used for advertising profiles.
We may collect diagnostic and technical logs, including error reports, crash information, latency metrics, and server-side audit events. These records help us detect outages, investigate bugs, and maintain platform reliability.
Diagnostic data is retained only as long as necessary for engineering and security purposes and is not shared with advertising networks.
ContractHub may send push notifications for contract reminders, payment alerts, renewal notifications, account activity, and other service-related messages.
To deliver notifications, we store a device token provided by Apple Push Notification Service (APNs). This token is used exclusively for notification delivery and operation of the Service. Device tokens are not sold, shared for advertising, or used for third-party tracking.
You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, we store subscription status, plan type, billing cycle, entitlement state, trial status, renewal period dates, and App Store transaction identifiers needed to grant and maintain access to Professional features.
Subscription status is determined by our servers based on validated purchase information. ContractHub does not store payment card numbers or bank account details.
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. When you complete a purchase, we receive and validate transaction data from Apple (such as product identifier, transaction ID, and original transaction ID) to activate your subscription.
If you reinstall the app or use a new device, you may restore prior App Store purchases using Apple's restore mechanism within the app. We process restored transaction records to re-establish your subscription entitlement on our servers.
Restore requests require an authenticated ContractHub account. We do not charge additional fees for restoring valid prior purchases.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain records after account closure to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security logs.
When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business needs.
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, secure authentication practices, and monitored infrastructure.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and protect your device credentials.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may exercise these rights by using in-app account controls or contacting support@thecontracthub.com.
We will respond to verified requests within applicable legal timeframes.
ContractHub may process and store information on servers located outside your country of residence, including cloud infrastructure operated by reputable providers. When we transfer data internationally, we take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
ContractHub is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

يخزّن ContractHub سجلات العقود وجداول الدفع والأطراف المقابلة والمرفقات والتعديلات والحالات وتواريخ التجديد والتذكيرات ومعلومات الأعمال ذات الصلة التي ترفعها أو تنشئها في مساحة عملك. هذه بيانات تشغيلية أساسية لتقديم وظائف إدارة العقود.
تحتفظ بملكية بيانات عقودك. لا نستخدم محتوى عقودك للتسويق أو لأغراض غير ذات صلة.
نجمع معلومات استخدام محدودة مثل تفاعلات الميزات وطلبات API وطوابع الجلسات الزمنية ونوع الجهاز وإصدار نظام التشغيل وإصدار التطبيق وسجلات النشاط العامة اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة وصيانتها وتحسينها.
تساعدنا بيانات الاستخدام على فهم الأداء واستكشاف الأخطاء وتحسين تجربة المستخدم. لا تُستخدم لإنشاء ملفات إعلانية.
قد نجمع سجلات تشخيصية وتقنية، بما في ذلك تقارير الأخطاء ومعلومات الأعطال ومقاييس زمن الاستجابة وأحداث التدقيق على الخادم. تساعدنا هذه السجلات على اكتشاف الانقطاعات والتحقيق في الأعطال والحفاظ على موثوقية المنصة.

قد يستخدم ContractHub الإشعارات الفورية لإرسال تذكيرات العقود وتنبيهات الدفع وإشعارات التجديد ونشاط الحساب ورسائل أخرى متعلقة بالخدمة.
لتقديم الإشعارات، نخزّن رمز الجهاز (Device Token) المقدم من خدمة Apple Push Notification Service (APNs). يُستخدم هذا الرمز حصريًا لإرسال الإشعارات وتشغيل الخدمة. لا تُباع رموز الأجهزة ولا تُشارك لأغراض إعلانية أو تتبع من أطراف خارجية.
يمكنك تعطيل الإشعارات في أي وقت من خلال إعدادات جهازك.
إذا اشتركت في خطة مدفوعة، نخزّن حالة الاشتراك ونوع الخطة ودورة الفوترة وحالة الاستحقاق وحالة التجربة وتواريخ فترة التجديد ومعرّفات معاملات App Store اللازمة لمنح والحفاظ على الوصول إلى ميزات Professional.
تُحدَّد حالة الاشتراك بواسطة خوادمنا بناءً على معلومات الشراء المُحقَّقة. لا يخزّن ContractHub أرقام بطاقات الدفع أو تفاصيل الحسابات البنكية.
تُعالَج مشتريات الاشتراك بواسطة Apple عبر App Store. عند إتمام الشراء، نستلم ونتحقق من بيانات المعاملة من Apple (مثل معرّف المنتج ومعرّف المعاملة ومعرّف المعاملة الأصلي) لتفعيل اشتراكك.
إذا أعدت تثبيت التطبيق أو استخدمت جهازًا جديدًا، يمكنك استعادة مشتريات App Store السابقة باستخدام آلية الاستعادة الخاصة بـ Apple داخل التطبيق. نعالج سجلات المعاملات المستعادة لإعادة تأسيس استحقاق اشتراكك على خوادمنا.
تتطلب طلبات الاستعادة حساب ContractHub مُوثَّقًا. لا نفرض رسومًا إضافية لاستعادة المشتريات السابقة الصالحة.
نحتفظ بمعلوماتك طالما أن حسابك نشط أو حسب الحاجة لتقديم الخدمة. قد نحتفظ بسجلات معينة بعد إغلاق الحساب للامتثال للالتزامات القانونية وحل النزاعات وإنفاذ الاتفاقيات والحفاظ على سجلات الأمان.
عند حذف حسابك، نحذف أو نُجهِّل البيانات الشخصية خلال فترة معقولة، إلا حيث يقتضي القانون أو الاحتياجات التجارية المشروعة الاحتفاظ بها.
نطبّق ضمانات إدارية وتقنية وتنظيمية مصممة لحماية معلوماتك من الوصول أو التعديل أو الإفصاح أو الإتلاف غير المصرح به. تشمل هذه التدابير اتصالات مشفرة (HTTPS/TLS) وضوابط الوصول وممارسات مصادقة آمنة وبنية تحتية خاضعة للمراقبة.
لا توجد طريقة نقل أو تخزين آمنة تمامًا. نشجعك على استخدام كلمات مرور قوية وحماية بيانات اعتماد جهازك.
بحسب موقعك، قد يكون لك حقوق للوصول إلى معلوماتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو تصديرها، أو الاعتراض على بعض المعالجة. يمكنك ممارسة هذه الحقوق باستخدام عناصر التحكم في الحساب داخل التطبيق أو بالتواصل مع support@thecontracthub.com.
سنرد على الطلبات المُحقَّقة ضمن الأطر الزمنية القانونية المعمول بها.
قد تعالج ContractHub وتخزّن المعلومات على خوادم تقع خارج بلد إقامتك، بما في ذلك بنية تحتية سحابية تديرها مزودون موثوقون. عند نقل البيانات دوليًا، نتخذ خطوات مصممة لضمان ضمانات مناسبة بما يتوافق مع القانون المعمول به.
لا يستهدف ContractHub الأطفال دون 13 عامًا (أو الحد الأدنى للعمر المطلوب في ولايتك القضائية). لا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية من الأطفال. إذا اعتقدت أن طفلًا قد زوّدنا بمعلومات شخصية، يرجى التواصل معنا وسنتخذ الخطوات المناسبة لحذفها.
